Welcome to back to the Manor and excuse us as we interrupt our normally scheduled programming for a special episode. We've both seen the new D&D movie and wanted to review it. Since we've played since the 1980s, across various editions, we were curious how it came out. Listen to learn more, but suffice it to say that we were not disappointed, mostly from how good it was, but also because not everything has to be as we'd want it (don't tell Jody I said that).

Welcome back to the Manor! We're extending our dedicated listening arc to episode 3! Jody came up with an insane idea to put together play lists of rock and metal starting back in the 1960s and working his way though it in as the albums were released, listening to the entire album! In this episode he lays out the idea and how he's going to do it and then we'll have sporadic updates as he gets through various eras. James is looking forward to hearing about this - not only because it's vastly interesting, but he can put the pint to his face as Jody goes into the details!

Welcome back to the Manor! Amongst our larger arcs, with longer episodes, we'll occasionally do a short episode for a bit of ease. This helps, considering we've never taken a break in our 267 episodes. In this one, James rants about how much he cannot stand spring (and also realized he missed a golden opportunity for a Mel Brooks inspired cross-over as he wrote the title).
Of course, as he schedules this for release in a week, there is snow on the ground outside. It's not so much (snow much ha!) a shock, though, with the Midwest and our annual second and third winters.
